Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is hiring at an Orlando-area boutique (Outside Brandon Exchange Mall) for a Retail Supervisor role. You will engage with customers, lead daily store operations, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding service while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure customers have a great fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and security.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth shopping experience.
