• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in entry-level retail, customer service, sales and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
