Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train utility workers and cashiers, and ensure daily tasks are completed with exceptional guest service. You will lead pre-shift meetings, act as a concierge for guests, greet customers, and assist with scheduling and payroll in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol.
• Must provide proof of alcohol training and certification where applicable.
• Flexible, rotation-based schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Fluency in the native language, both spoken and written.
• Must be computer literate in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to share day's tasks and safety information.
• Retail Leads should be a concierge resource for guests.
• Ensure all guests are greeted on entry.
• Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers in their roles.
• Ensure smooth operation in the manager's absence and handle customer relations.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep inventory, note out-of-stock items or shortages.
• Order merchandise from warehouse and vendors to meet demand.
• May complete monthly safety inspections and file incident reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and a pleasant store atmosphere.
• Collect and compile daily cash and sales data using Excel and POS/PM systems.
• Lead nightly close out and balance cash with daily sales.
• May perform nightly audits of cashier documentation.
• Assist management in scheduling and payroll coordination.
• Assist with hiring General Utility Workers and Sales Associates.
• Coordinate and ensure timely weekly payroll reporting.
