Job summary

Skechers is hiring for a Retail Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise daily activities, support team members, and ensure standards for service, security, and merchandising.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory exposure in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a respectful, safe, and productive team atmosphere. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and expert product advice to ensure best fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security standards.
• Mentor and develop team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Manage merchandising, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock/inventory and collaborate with management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping experience.
