Qualifications

• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and communication skills to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and maintain organized operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and ensure customers have the best fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols.
• Mentor team members to develop skills in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
