Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue and targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and expert product advice.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Drive store sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Manage merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory alongside management.
