Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC in Fletcher, NC is seeking a Lead Associate to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cash reconciliation, daily sales records, donation processing, and textile tagging. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with lead/supervisory experience required. Pay is $17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• May lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10–35 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Close store and reconcile cash with daily sales reports.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations (daily sales, deposits, opening/closing reports).
• Perform cash register and customer service tasks.
• Receive, price, and stock donations; assist with tagging textiles and clothing.
