The role supports customer engagement, inventory processes, and frontline leadership in a fast-paced, service-driven retail environment. The position offers pay starting at $19.15 per hour with benefits and requires open availability Sunday-Thursday 2:45pm-9:15pm, with weekly average 30-39 hours.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years floor leader or other leadership, or 1+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, escalating issues to assist peers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Help identify barriers and trends that affect the customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Work with a manager to maintain safety and quality standards at the site.
• Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
