Lummi-Mini-Mart in Ferndale, WA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support store management, oversee front line and kitchen operations, and deliver excellent customer service to every patron.

Responsibilities include data entry, payroll, scheduling, supervising staff, handling cash, managing inventory with a handheld scanner, and ensuring compliance with policy and safety standards. A high school diploma and cash-handling experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist managers with data entry, daily reports, payroll, invoices, shift paperwork, and scheduling kitchen employee shifts.
• Supervise breaks and shift changes; coordinate till startup/closing.
• Open and/or close the store according to policy and procedure.
• Train and coach all new employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Process cash, credit/debit, coupons, discounts, refunds; issue receipts and credits.
• Balance till/receipts daily and maintain secure cash handling.
• Greet customers and resolve concerns.
• Manage inventory using handheld scanner; ensure accurate ordering and inventory cycles.
• Inspect work areas including kitchen for compliance.
• Work with managers in kitchen operations, sales, and budgets.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties.
