Job summary

Guest Services Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Stehekin, WA to assist the Retail Manager with unit operations, staff leadership, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively assists customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guests’ complaints and solve them according to customer service standards.
• Monitor and supervise setup and maintenance of retail area and cashier stations.
• Complete sales in POS accurately, efficiently, and friendly.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, and directing staff.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance.
• Maintain safe facility environment and equipment upkeep.
• Notify General Manager of safety or quality issues.
• Assist with inventory procedures and displays.
• Perform opening and/or closing procedures.
• Maintain safety awareness and report issues.
• Assist with Summer Adventure Operations and other duties.
