Memphis Goodwill Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder for the Covington store to support daily operations, greet donors and customers, and ensure smooth cash-handling processes.

The role requires ability to open/close the store, manage the POS system, and maintain accurate daily reports. The candidate should have at least 6 months of retail experience, strong communication skills, and be available for evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the retail and production industry.
• Ability to communicate, orally and verbally, and perform basic mathematical skills and computer skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extensive periods of time, and lift up to 60lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently as required.
• Ability to motivate others, delegate job duties, and hold team members accountable for the completion of responsibilities.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends

Aufgaben

• Adheres to all Goodwill’s policies and procedures; reports safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach.
• Assist with day-to-day operations; including opening and occasional closing of the Retail Store.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by world class service and maintain mystery shop score of 85% or higher.
• Foster positive communication with Donors, Vendors and Customers.
• Assist with POS drawers, providing change and operating Vendor 21 POS system.
• Record accurate end-of-day and cash reports, donor counts and other daily statistics.
