You will coach teams, win through clienteling, and inspire associates to achieve goals, delivering a cohesive, brand-centric selling floor and strong store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager.
• Ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and high energy.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends/holidays.

• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalized styling.
