You will coach associates, deliver personalized styling, open/close the store, maintain an engaging floor, and monitor KPIs to drive performance. This part-time role requires flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience leading a retail team or acting as a supervisor or keyholder.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
