PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for Old Orchard to deliver a great in-store shopping experience and to handle opening and closing procedures.

The role requires high school or equivalent, 0–2 years of retail experience, proficiency with iPad and registers, and availability nights/weekends. You will support product launches, drive credit and loyalty programs, and help keep the sales floor welcoming.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures including balancing registers and activating security.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom for safety and appeal.
• Assist with product launches following SOP.
• Explain benefits and drive credit and loyalty programs.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to Store Management.
