Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC’s Gonzales Outlets is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to deliver an engaging in-store experience. You will assist customers, balance registers, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment while supporting opening and closing duties.

The role requires High School education or equivalent, 0–2 years in retail, and solid communication with customers and team members. Availability nights, weekends, and non-business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and sales leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Experience with retail POS systems or tablets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers and activates security system.
• Executes checkout overrides when needed and processes transactions accurately.
• Maintains a clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms for a welcoming shopping environment.
• Drives credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
