Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for the St. Louis Premium store. You will provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience and handle opening and closing procedures to ensure security and accuracy at the registers.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunity to drive credit and loyalty programs and support product launches within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Ability to meet defined availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at checkout and overrides when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Assist with product launch changes according to the SOP.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Positively resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety for all associates and customers.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
