The role requires High School or equivalent, 0-2 years of retail experience, and proficiency with iPad and registers. Flexibility for nights/weekends is essential; a merchandise discount and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and register systems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers and deposits.
• Overrides at checkout as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting sales floor and stockroom.
• Follow policies to ensure associate and customer safety.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
