Framebridge in Boulder, CO seeks a Part-Time Keyholder to lead on the floor with a customer-first mindset. You will manage onboarding, coach team members, and ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting store operations and brand standards.

The role requires adaptability, design interest, and availability for evenings/weekends. You will report to the Store Manager and help uphold Framebridge’s commitment to delighting customers with a high-quality, affordable framing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team accordingly.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
