Framebridge is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder in Woodland Hills who will lead the store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain brand standards. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a customer-first attitude and energy.

You will support onboarding, drive store operations, and coach staff to deliver a standout Framebridge experience, including evenings and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in customer service/retail/hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and creative environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Adaptable to evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Use active listening and communication to build relationships with customers and coach staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff accordingly.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Suggest improvements to the retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
