Job summary

Goodwill Industries store role requires handling donations, assisting customers, and managing cash at the register. You will help with inventory, pricing, and store duties while upholding company policies.

This is a non-exempt leadership position under supervision of the Team Leader, with focus on security and efficient operations. Evenings and weekends shifts are expected; prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail and 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Basic computer skills required (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% world-class customer service.
• Open/close, assign POS drawers and provide change.
• Process donations and manage merchandise flow.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety policies.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe store environment.
• Assist inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods.
• Maintain merchandise knowledge and pricing awareness.
• Complete daily reports, deposits, and POS transactions.
• Participate in training and adhere to company principles.
