Job summary

Goodwill in Orlando, FL is seeking an Entry level Keyholder for our Goldenrod store. The role entails delivering world-class customer service, handling POS transactions, and ensuring donor flows and merchandise are processed securely.

Summary duties include opening/closing shifts, managing cash drawers, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment while supporting loss prevention and inventory control. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years retail and one (1) year supervisory experience.
• Prefer working experience with people who have disabilities and/or previous Goodwill experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% world-class customer service.
• Open and close operations, assign POS drawers and provide change.
• Process incoming donations and manage inventory flow.
• Enforce loss prevention and safety policies.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized facility.
• Support inventory control and merchandise rotation.
• Record donor and sales data accurately and report daily activity.
