Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Warwick, RI to deliver world-class service and drive sales. You will greet customers, coach staff, and ensure merchandise standards are met while following TPS policies.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling returns, managing the sales floor, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate an ability to multi task while being attentive to customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
• Ability to work well and be a leader in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach, and consistently delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to the customers’ needs by providing in-depth product knowledge.
• Support all sales efforts and initiatives across all business channels to maximize company sales.
• Demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of computers, systems and programs relevant to the position.
