It'sugar LLC in New York, NY is searching for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder. In this role, you’ll deliver a SWEET customer experience by embodying our core values and assisting customers.

Your responsibilities will include exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and have experience in a similar retail position. We offer flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs.; able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service by assisting customers with requests.
• Achieve Sales Goals by suggesting additional products based on customer’s requests.
• Support Store Operations by maintaining cash handling records.
• Embody the company's Core Values while working collaboratively in a team environment.
