Job summary

IT’SUGAR is seeking a Retail Keyholder to deliver a sweet customer experience and support store operations in our Foxborough location. You will handle sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register duties, with occasional opening or closing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes a playful, high-energy atmosphere under the SUGARTAINMENT engagement model. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and can work flexible hours,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
