Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift.
• Open and close routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
