Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and adaptability, with the ability to coach associates in the moment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance.
• Provide individual and team feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for associates.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
• Engage customers with needs-based recommendations and product demos.
• Support floorset execution and visual presentation as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
