Bath & Body Works in Santa Barbara is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store execution and customer engagement. You’ll help lead the team and ensure smooth operations, from opening/closing routines to exceptional selling experiences.

As a store leader on duty, you’ll coach teammates, uphold our values, and maintain visuals and product knowledge to drive results. This role requires flexibility for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and dissemination of directives.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experience per standards.
