Qualifications

• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks delegated by Store Manager, including Manager on Duty coverage.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift goals and directions for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipment handling.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure associates can lift 10–50 pounds as needed.
