Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder in a bustling U.S. retail store. You will support delivering the sales plan via effective execution of store and operational tasks, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled and guiding associates to meet brand standards and customer needs.

In this role, you will coach teams, drive exceptional customer experiences, and maintain product knowledge, policies, and store strategies while ensuring safety and visual standards across the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead duties as delegated by Store Manager, acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of products, policies and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift for associates.
• Oversee opening/closing routines including deposits, shipments and directives.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
