Responsibilities

• Lead delegated tasks from Store Manager to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Model selling behaviors and product knowledge to drive in-store experiences.
• Demonstrate store policies, product knowledge and brand standards.
• Set daily/shift direction and ensure opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
