• Act as a role model for customers and prioritize customer needs.
• Achieves excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
• Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
• Promotes merchandise and demonstrates product knowledge to customers.
• Shares vision and plans execution of store strategy with corporate and district initiatives.
• Understands reports and analysis of business trends and inventory opportunities.
• Prioritizes workflow through planning and time management.
• Supports staffing levels based on trends and payroll guidelines.
• Maintains store policies and cleanliness.
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication; reports loss prevention.
