Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support Store Manager in retail operations and sales management across our Florida locations.

You will help ensure customer satisfaction, replenishment, promotions, and staff training, while maintaining visual standards and driving performance. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years retail experience, strong communication, and a positive attitude; high school diploma required.

• Willingness to support store leadership and training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs as a role model at all times.
• Achieve excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
• Demonstrate awareness of sales plans and results.
• Promote merchandise and demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
• Share vision and execute store strategy in line with corporate initiatives.
• Understand reports and analyze business trends and inventory opportunities.
• Prioritize workflow through planning and time management.
• Support staffing levels based on trends and payroll guidelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures and operations.
• Support the Store Manager on maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
• Report loss prevention occurrences to management.
• Support supervision and motivate staff.
• Execute pricing strategies to achieve gross margin.
• Support visual merchandise setup according to guidelines.
• Communicate inventory opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Support replenishment on the selling floor as needed.
