Perry Ellis International is a leading lifestyle apparel company with a diverse brand portfolio. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction in our Sawgrass, FL location.

As Supervisor Key Holder, you’ll lead a sales team, manage replenishment, execute promotions, and uphold company standards for service, appearance, and efficiency. You will train associates, monitor performance, and ensure a consistent customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented. (outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude)
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Function as a role model at all times, prioritizing customers and their needs.
• Support Store Manager in operations and sales management to meet goals.
• Ensure the store is replenished and promotions are executed per company directives.
• Train and motivate sales associates to improve performance.
• Lead pricing strategies and visual merchandising to meet gross margin targets.
• Communicate inventory opportunities and loss-prevention considerations.
