Job summary

Everything But Water in Birmingham, AL is seeking a confident Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining brand standards, and achieving sales goals.

You will supervise Sales Associates, help ensure adequate shift coverage, and participate in merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation to create a welcoming shopping environment. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager to support business needs and shift coverage, sometimes supervising Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by applying the company selling model.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
