Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership functions. The role alternates with Coordinator duties, requiring open availability including nights and weekends.

You will model outstanding customer service and help manage day-to-day tasks and coaching for Associates. As a key team member, you’ll participate in store operations, ensure adherence to procedures, and contribute to achieving store goals while prioritizing a positive customer

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated team player with collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven problem solving capability and customer service focus.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Coaches and develops Associates to meet store goals.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for positive customer experience.
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
