Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience both in-store and online.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedures.
• Ensures store team performs tasks in line with store plan and priorities.
• Provides coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance.
• Maintains adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and maintains service standards.
