Range USA is seeking an experienced IT Director in Blue Ash, OH to lead information technology strategy and operations. You will manage IT infrastructure, web development, data solutions, cybersecurity, and project delivery, serving as the primary adviser to executive leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and experience in retail IT settings across multiple store locations and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior-level experience in IT leadership.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ in leadership roles in multi-location environments.
• Proven experience managing IT in retail settings and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with growth strategy.
• Direct IT teams across Infrastructure, Web, Data Solutions, and PMO; model strong leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing IT staff with succession planning.
• Oversee IT infrastructure stability, cloud environments, and business continuity.
