Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years leading large cross-functional teams in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, supply chain).
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for store operations and field.
• Align IT strategy with enterprise priorities to deliver measurable business value.
• Evaluate and implement modern technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery with high quality and security.
