Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years of managing large, cross functional teams or projects in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, supply chain).
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Sense of urgency and ability to motivate a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for all applications supporting stores and store operations.
• Align IT strategy with enterprise priorities and ensure measurable business value.
• Evaluate and implement technologies to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget while maintaining quality and security.
• Partner with senior leaders across store operations and field leadership.
