Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail investment sales with proven results.
• NC and SC real estate licenses required; multi-state preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; financial modeling experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ARGUS Enterprise and CoStar experience preferred; CRE platforms valued.
• Clear and concise communication of complex financial data.
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset; independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new listings through proactive prospecting and owner outreach.
• Analyze tenant credit, leases, and market fundamentals for clients.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and capital trends.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and cash flow projections.
• Lead marketing for listed properties, including memorandums and campaigns.
• Negotiate LOIs and purchase agreements; manage transactions through closing.
• Coordinate listing agreements, leases, and sales contracts.
• Deliver professional, accurate market analyses and valuations.
