• Working knowledge of design, permitting, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and lease language.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial real estate projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing proactive communication and guidance.
• Build and coordinate project teams, including consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial processes, including invoicing and lender draws.
• Facilitate design and construction efforts, including leading meetings and on-site progress.
• Navigate change management, balancing project goals with client priorities.
• Oversee bidding and procurement across project-related services.
• Ensure alignment with contracts, leases, and overall project objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of project-specific processes and reporting requirements.
