Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Miami, FL seeks an Investment Sales Advisory Analyst to support the Retail Investment Sales team. You will perform financial underwriting, market research, client presentations, and assist in deal negotiations through the transaction lifecycle.

You will work with senior producers and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment, gaining exposure to all commercial property types and building a career in real estate investment sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in mortgage banking or commercial real estate.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Self-motivated with time management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Commitment to working in-person in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial modeling and underwriting for CRE transactions using market data and analytics.
• Prepare investment sales packages, including offerings and executive summaries for client presentations.
• Manage due diligence and drive marketing efforts from listing through closing.
• Analyze leases, loan agreements, and appraisals to identify issues and opportunities.
• Research financing alternatives and investment strategies for producers and clients.
• Participate in client meetings, property tours, and industry events to build networks.
