Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to support the South Florida Region, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. You will analyze market conditions using JLL data and external sources, then craft compelling market stories for brokers, investors, and clients.

You will produce quarterly market reports, contribute to key research outputs, and present findings to clients while collaborating with internal and external teams across the Americas Research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate research, market analysis, economics, or a related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the local economy, demographics and market drivers across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
• Analyze underlying economic demand trends informing real estate demand.
• Write quarterly market reports explaining market shifts for South Florida.
• Contribute to key research reports with a house view on drivers across South Florida's counties.
• Present findings to clients, investors and brokers on market conditions.
• Maintain data quality for South Florida including supply and demand for CRE projects.
