Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3+ years of commercial real estate underwriting experience, with investment sales or industrial sector experience preferred.
- Proven track record of transaction execution and financial modeling expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex financial modeling for commercial real estate transactions using market data and JLL resources to ensure accurate underwriting.
- Prepare and oversee the creation of comprehensive investment advisory and financing packages for industrial properties.
- Lead weekly analyst meetings to provide guidance, answer questions, and develop future talent within the team.
- Mentor and train junior team members in sophisticated ISA underwriting methodologies.
- Review and analyze real estate documents to identify potential issues and concerns.
