Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Miami seeks an Industrial Investment Sales Associate to lead complex financial modeling and underwriting for industrial properties. You'll prepare investment packages, mentor analysts, and support deal flow with senior executives.

You'll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment focused on institutional clients, growth, and cross-selling across JLL’s service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 2–3+ years CRE underwriting experience, with industrial focus preferred.
• Proven transaction execution and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interface with senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• CRM and market research familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex financial modeling for CRE transactions using market data and internal resources.
• Build and analyze financial models independently, including development models and waterfall/JV structures.
• Prepare and oversee the creation of comprehensive investment advisory and financing packages for industrial properties.
• Lead weekly analyst meetings to provide guidance and develop future talent.
• Mentor and train junior team members in ISA underwriting methodologies.
• Utilize databases and property research platforms to identify market trends for client pitches.
• Review leases, loan documents, and appraisals to spot potential issues.
• Participate in weekly deal-flow discussions with Producers and leadership.
• Support business development and client relationship management activities.
