Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Analyst in Production Support to support investment sales advisory involving research, financial modeling, and due diligence for CRE transactions in Dallas. You will underwrite deals, prepare executive summaries, and coordinate with Producers, clients and markets.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with a focus on translating market data into actionable insights for deal making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a financial analysis environment, mortgage or commercial real estate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; ability to interface with executives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions for CRE transactions, including research, financial modeling and executive summaries.
• Perform complex financial modeling of CRE transactions using market data and comps for underwriting.
• Manage due diligence, marketing and closing processes, coordinating with Producers, markets and clients.
• Review real estate documents (leases, loans, appraisals) to identify concerns and advise.
• Develop and recommend financing alternatives to present to the Producer.
• Build and expand client network through meetings, events and industry involvement.
• Attend weekly office meetings to discuss deal flow, status, and market conditions; review new client leads.
