Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Miami, FL is seeking an Investment Sales Advisory Analyst to support the execution of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. You’ll handle financial underwriting, market research, client materials, and deal negotiation in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.

You will work with senior producers and clients across property types, gaining valuable CRE investment sales experience and building a network within a leading global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of financial analysis experience in CRE or mortgage banking.
• Strong modeling and Excel skills with ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex financial modeling and underwriting for CRE transactions.
• Prepare investment sales packages and client presentations.
• Manage due diligence and drive marketing from listing to closing.
• Analyze leases, loan docs, and appraisals for issues and opportunities.
• Develop financing alternatives and investment strategies for clients.
• Attend meetings, tours, and industry events to network and support business development.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss deal pipeline and market conditions.
