Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy retail store. You will oversee inventory control, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold brand standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling experience, and the ability to supervise staff during opening and closing. You will partner with managers and teams to resolve issues and safeguard confidential information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and enforce company SOPs with staff.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes.
• Handle opening/closing duties and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Protect confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
