Job summary

Trulieve seeks an Associate Inventory Manager to support store leadership in inventory tracking, compliance, and daily operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, executing cycle counts, and upholding brand standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise staff during opening/closing, ensure safety procedures, and collaborate with partners to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, comprehension of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure changes are communicated to employees.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
• Perform system adjustments as required and analyze root causes for adjustments; initiate corrective actions.
• Open/close responsibilities and basic supervision of staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
