Qualifications

• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and communicate SOPs; ensure changes are conveyed to staff.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with the GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and root-cause analysis for adjustments.
